🤠 Who We are

Leadjet was launched a little over a year ago by 2 co-founders from X-HEC (David, CEO & Romain, CTO).

As we received a lot of positive feedback and were able to market the product effectively, Leadjet got sufficient growth and traction to be able to advance without having to raise funds.

Leadjet serves over 1000 companies as clients (i.a. Google, Uber, Spendesk, Mirakl or OpenClassrooms) and partners with major CRM companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

The team is currently composed of 20 people from various backgrounds. Here are the flags of all the nationalities represented in the team!

The tech team is currently composed of 10 engineers working on different parts of the stack, all code pushed to production is reviewed and approved by the CTO.

We are planning to recruit a lot in the year 2022 so you will have the occasion to join an initially small team and see it grow with the product and the company!

🔥 Job Description / Mission

Responsibility:

  • Be the advisor to the CEO and ensure his priorities are executed against.
  • Assist the CEO on his daily operations and general running of the company, like
    • analyzing key activities in business & growth (like sales team operations), finance (like reporting, budget, investors relationship and more) to deliver on plans and priorities
    • taking ownership of our daily business monitoring, helping us make the right decisions
  • Understand and anticipate trends in the sales productivity space, carry out market research, think about new offers and products to meet the needs of a growing market.
  • Help the CEO to expand our activity / commercial strategy towards new targets and develop new partnerships.
  • Prepare the agenda for each leadership team meeting and provide a summary of discussions and action items resulting from each meeting to attendees, with appropriate follow-ups.
  • Develop data analysis and write reports for use in executive decision-making. Handle data, communication and projects that are highly privileged and confidential.
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees to increase transparency, increase efficiency and provide effective operational responsiveness. Define new operational strategies and work with the CEO and other executives on special projects.
  • Attend industry conferences with the CEO.

The results of your work will greatly contribute to the scaling of the company.

Overall the split is: - Internal & Sales Operations (50%); - Strategy Management like Go To Market (25%); - Day-to-day (25%).

Desirable Experience and Qualifications…

  • Able to deal with ambiguity and should be able to respond quickly to multiple issues and tight deadlines. Basically, a person with a “get it done” attitude.
  • Love of learning, and passionate about technology
  • Extreme motivation to join an early stage startup with high ambitions
  • You’re able to gather, synthesize and analyze relevant data very quickly to enable decision-making
  • You have a great understanding & a good network in the startup ecosystem
  • You know how to prioritize tasks
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You’re hands-on & curious and can learn very quickly
  • An entrepreneurial mind with a drive to build impactful things
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic about learning, who is humble and has no ego
  • Able to break complex problems into smaller ones
  • 2 years+ experience in business/executive/strategy management, program management, right-hand CEO, consultancy or similar
  • Graduate of a top business/engineer school
  • Fluent in English
  • We would need someone who is located in Paris to help us to manage in-person events
