What you will do

We are looking for a Head of Revenue to oversee company-wide revenue generation and build an integrated approach across marketing, sales, CSM and product. You'll be responsible for revenue performance and for customer retention, customer growth, and new customer acquisition in a no-touch/low-touch context and strong lead-gen focus.

  • Build, own and execute revenue-focused marketing strategy to grow and generate leads through all channels (Digital, Web, Webinars, Events …)
  • Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics to measure the success
  • Manage the marketing team and align their efforts with revenue goals
  • Set clear objectives, optimize lead generation channels, and ensure marketing campaigns are focused on driving revenue
  • Conduct research and evaluation to understand marketing opportunities

Who you are

  • Results-oriented and visionary leader with a deep understanding of revenue optimization in the B2B SaaS industry in a no-touch/low-touch context
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and ACV by developing and executing targeted strategies
  • Based in Paris, but speaking French is not mandatory
