What you will do

  • Manage, help and closely mentor software engineers in your team (10 people)
  • Take ownership of deliverability, code quality and limit technical debt
  • Assign tasks to software engineers and coordinate with Product and Design
  • Track and communicate about project statuses internally and to other departments
  • Actively take part in consolidating an inclusive culture based on trust, respect and transparency
  • Be hands-on and contribute to the product when possible
  • Help in future hiring

What you will use

Who you are

  • 7 to 15 years of experience
  • 2+ years of manager experience as Tech lead/Engineering manager in teams of 5+ people
  • Worked in a multicultural / international environment
  • Personnel, project management, leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Deep understanding about good code practices and security
  • Engineering background
  • Worked in the SaaS industry
