What you will do
- Manage, help and closely mentor software engineers in your team (10 people)
- Take ownership of deliverability, code quality and limit technical debt
- Assign tasks to software engineers and coordinate with Product and Design
- Track and communicate about project statuses internally and to other departments
- Actively take part in consolidating an inclusive culture based on trust, respect and transparency
- Be hands-on and contribute to the product when possible
- Help in future hiring

Who you are
- 7 to 15 years of experience
- 2+ years of manager experience as Tech lead/Engineering manager in teams of 5+ people
- Worked in a multicultural / international environment
- Personnel, project management, leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding about good code practices and security
- Engineering background
- Worked in the SaaS industry
